New & Exciting Menu Recommendations to Welcome Spring - Oh Spring!

Dear Star Clients:


Spring is nature's way of saying, 'Let's party!'

Like so many of you all, I have a really busy schedule, and the last thing I want to think about after getting off of my last appointment is, "What's cooking for dinner?" A part of my service to you is to relieve you off of this stress and recommend menu items that I know, you and your family WILL enjoy. Spring & summer is the most wonderful time of the year and below recommendations is an access to let go of some of the planning stress and spend more quality time with your family.


1) Mixed Greens with Indian Style green Chutney


A super nutritious and healthy take on Indian curry. This dish comprises of Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Zucchini, Green Beans, & Spinach tossed in a green chutney and coconut milk based sauce. YUMMY & NUTRITIOUS!


2) Vietnamese Chicken Salad


A fresh and variety-textured salad comprising of Napa cabbage, Bell pepper, Carrots, Jalapenos, Onions, Shredded Chicken, Mint & cilantro. Served with fishy mustard and lemon dressing.


3) Thai Lemongrass and chicken Soup


This Tangy, Savory, Sweet and Umami soups comprises of lemongrass, crimini mushrooms, diced chicken, coconut cream and chicken broth. It takes you to the streets of Thailand and is a perfect supper by itself.


4) Chicken & Tofu Fajitas


Include this Mexican favorite comprising of Bell peppers, red onions, and your choice of protein, in your weekly menu and enjoy these yummy fajitas as a bowl, burrito or salad along with some rice, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and hot sauce.


5) Chicken in Green Masala Sauce


This new take on green chicken Karahi comprises of apples, cilantro, mint, yogurt, and ricotta cheese. It has become one of my favorite recipes and I HIGHLY recommend that everyone tries this recipe at least once.


6) Stir-fried Paneer With Mushrooms & Peas


Forget the old and boring Paneer mushroom matar and try this new take comprising of the same old Paneer, mushrooms and peas in a new mint based yogurt sauce. YUMMY, MUMMY!


7) Cumin Scented Vegetables with Toasted Almonds


This tasty and nutritious take on Indian-style stir fries comprises of Cabbage, Snow peas, and corn cobs stir fried with white cumin and coriander seeds, garnished with toasted almonds. A must try for your veggie-lover husbands!


8) Quinoa/Rice Nut Pilaf


This Persian-Indian delicacy comprises of walnuts, cashews & raisins cooked with aromatic like cumin, coriander, garlic and mustard seeds. Serve this to your guests or bring it to your next pot luck and become hot talk of the party! - HAHA!
